Reservation and cancellation policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
We ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment to have enough time to change and calmly wait for your treatment.
If you arrive late, we will not be able to add this delay at the end of your treatment.
When making a reservation for a suite, it will be available as of 15h00 the day of your reservation. You will have to leave the room by noon the day of your departure.
We suggest you bring a bathing suit so you can enjoy our outside jacuzzi.
We supply you with a bath robe, slippers, a towel and a bottle of water. Dressing rooms are equipped with a shower and hair dryer.
For courtesy to the other customers and therapists, a 48-hour notice is required for the cancellation of spa treatments and 7 days for accomodation.
If cancellations are not made within the prescribed delays, a fee of 50% of the value of the spa treatment, spa package or accommodation will be charged to your credit card.
100% of the value of a spa treatment, spa package or accommodation will be charged to your credit card in the case of a no-show.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes are not included.
